Behind The Museum of You

Behind The Museum of You

Before Maison Rose had a name, it had a question.

What do we keep?

Not physically.

But emotionally.

The notes folded into books. The journal entries we revisit years later. The ticket stubs tucked between pages. The thoughts we wrote down because we were afraid we'd forget them.

I've always believed that our lives are made up of collections.

Not collections in the traditional sense, but collections of moments, memories, ideas, and versions of ourselves - and as a collector myself, I know how the smallest tokens bring the biggest joys.

That's where The Museum of You began.

The journals I create are not the destination. They're the place where your life is documented while it's happening.

A first apartment.
A new city.
A difficult season.
A dream that felt impossible until it wasn't.

One day, these moments become memories.

And memories become artifacts.

The Museum of You is a reminder that your story is worth preserving—not because it's perfect, but because it's yours.

Every Maison Rose journal is designed to be refillable for this reason.

Lives change.

Stories continue.

New chapters deserve new pages.

The cover remains.

The story evolves.

What starts as an empty notebook eventually becomes a collection of who you were, who you are, and who you're becoming.

A personal archive.

A living museum.

The Museum of You.
