Returns & Exchanges

Each Maison Rose piece is made to order, crafted by hand, and customized with intention.

Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Every journal is created specifically for you, including your selected materials, finishes, and custom details. As a result, items cannot be returned or refunded.

We take great care in ensuring each piece meets our standards before it leaves the studio. Subtle variations in leather, texture, and finish are part of the handmade process and are to be expected.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a concern with your piece, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at maisonrosenewyork@gmail.com

We will always review each case thoughtfully and work toward a resolution where appropriate.
