Each Maison Rose piece is made to order and prepared with care.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your email and shipping information are accurate at checkout.

Processing Times

All journals are handcrafted and made to order.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for custom production, however we aim to send orders as quickly as we can.

Processing times are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Maison Rose is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Maison Rose is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at maisonrosenewyork@gmail.com

While Maison Rose is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the carrier and will come to a fair solution for our clients.

Delivered Packages

An order is considered delivered once marked as such by the carrier.

Maison Rose is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Delivery issues resulting from unattended locations

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with your local authorities and contact us so we can assist where possible.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is not claimed or is refused upon delivery:

  • It will be returned to us

  • Reshipping costs will apply

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Orders are not eligible for refund due to failure to collect or refusal of delivery.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination. A flat shipping rate of $22 applies to all international orders. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free international shipping.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Maison Rose New York is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Final Note

Each order is prepared with intention and care.
We are always here to assist—but once a package leaves our studio, delivery is handled by the carrier.
