Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

At Maison Rose New York, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium vegetable-tanned leather. Because many of our products are made to order, we kindly ask that you review our policies before placing your order.

Production Times

Most Maison Rose journals are handcrafted to order.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer. If so, we'll always keep you informed.

Archive Collection pieces and other ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, materials may have been selected and production may be scheduled or underway. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for its owner, cancellations are no longer accepted after this period.

If you need to update your shipping address or make a small change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.

Personalized & Atelier Orders

Journals that include personalization, custom leather selections, Atelier commissions, or other made-to-order modifications are created exclusively for you.

These orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Maison Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are unable to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local post office. While we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages, we're always happy to assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.

Natural Materials

Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material that develops a rich patina over time.

Each piece will feature unique grain patterns, natural markings, and subtle color variation that make every Maison Rose journal one of a kind. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather part of the beauty and authenticity of the leather.
